Service scope, deliverables, revisions, pricing, and timelines may vary depending on the selected package or custom agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, creative requirements, references, content, logos, images, and other materials needed to complete the project.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or unavailable materials may affect the delivery timeline.
Payment terms will be communicated before a project begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work may begin after the required payment or deposit has been received.
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
The agreed project scope covers only the services and deliverables specified at the time of purchase.
Requests outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee and may affect the project timeline.
Revision limits depend on the package purchased.
Revisions are intended to refine the agreed creative direction and are not intended to completely change the original project concept after approval.
Additional revisions or major changes may be charged separately.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving concepts and final designs.
Once final artwork or deliverables have been approved, subsequent changes may be treated as a new service.
Unless otherwise agreed, MedCoreva Creatives retains ownership of original creative concepts, drafts, rejected concepts, working files, and unused materials.
Rights to final deliverables may transfer to the client according to the specific project agreement and payment terms.
Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, templates, or other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.
Unless a client requests confidentiality or another agreement applies, MedCoreva Creatives may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, or promotional materials.
Confidential projects will be handled according to the applicable agreement.
Clients must have the necessary rights or permissions to use any logos, photographs, text, artwork, trademarks, or other materials they provide.
The client is responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe third-party rights.
Final files will be delivered using the formats and methods agreed for the project.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, feedback, revisions, and client-provided materials.
A project cancellation may be subject to the Refund Policy below.
Work already completed, delivered, or committed resources may affect the amount eligible for refund.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, MedCoreva Creatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or delivered creative materials.
Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or use website content for unlawful purposes.
